Mike Davidson is Greatwood Farm @ Goddard College new owner. Mike Davidson is a (re) developer preservationist with multiples of local commercial housing and business projects completed and occupied throughout the Upper Valley. He has never torn a building down. Mike's (re)purpose (re)use (re) envision and clean energy masterplans become a visual metaphor for defining “sense of place with intention.
From a tired old school building, hotels and gas stations, commercial buildings are (re)experienced and imagined as elegantly thought out, integrated architectural structures, including their us of clean and renewable energy. Mike, with his team, continuously creates multiples of housing options for all ages and income levels In Vermont.
Right now, in 2025, Mike Davidson is lobbying to champion for VermontC PACE financing : Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy as a bold solution for Vermonters, in helping to alleviate the housing crisis. His master plans take into account Vermont’s history, culture, climate, geography, health, economy aligned with global energy, energy innovation, and actual energy consumption holistically.
